Services & Philosophies

Counselling is about discovery and healing. It is a process that allows us to catch up with ourselves by uncovering the root of our current thoughts and feelings, which drive our behaviors.  Our actions affect us in the most compelling of ways, and they affect those who surround us. Quality therapy at Sana Counselling allows you to explore all aspects of yourself in a comfortable, safe, and trusting environment.

Taking the time to work on understanding who you are allows for you to achieve greater insight, which is valuable in all relationships, including the one you have with yourself. You know who you are, and you know what you want; therapy functions as a constructive tool to help you reach your objectives.

Workshops and Groups around Epilepsy are also available.
