Sana Counselling offers a sliding scale for mental health services, however; there is limited space for these clients. This would be discussed in the intake consultation over the phone or via e-mail. Prices are set with care to support access to counselling services.

Cancellation
If you must cancel an appointment, Sana Counselling requires that you provide 24 hour advanced notice or you will still be charged the full fee for the session.
Insurance
Please consult with your insurance provider or human resources department at work to determine whether your benefits plan covers therapy provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Payment
Payment will be made before your session, or at time of service using credit card or e-transfer.
