Find joy and human connection with in-person counselling

At Sana we’ve been supporting Vancouverites with their mental health since 2016. For your in-person session, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can find parking and get yourself settled in the space. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal to write down any learnings. 

After your counselling session, we recommend taking some time to yourself to either go for a walk or grab a tea at one of the many cute cafes nearby. Giving yourself time to process after your session is as important as the session itself, so do your best to not schedule something right after you’re done.

Step 1: Book your free consultation

During your free consultation, you’ll speak on the phone with one of our Sana counsellors about your concerns, goals, and hopes for the future.

Step 2: Match with your counsellor

Our team will then match you with the Sana counsellor whose expertise and experience are best suited to support your growth.

Step 3: Your first session

Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive on time, bring snacks if you need them, and take a deep breath. This is the beginning of your healing journey, and we’re so proud of you.
