  • Relying on others for your happiness

  • Lack of knowing how to assert yourself

Work at your own pace while being supported in your process. Modules include videos, prompts, worksheets and resources to assist to to go from anxious to confident and calm in relationship. The body & nervous system’s role are also explored and tools are offered to help you break old patterns and make effective, lasting and conscious change.
